What we collect and on what legal basis
Server logs
The server automatically records your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Without this, we cannot prevent attacks or troubleshoot errors.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functional. Retention: 6 months.
Statistici de vizitare
Folosim Google Analytics ca să vedem câți oameni ne vizitează și ce pagini citesc. Scriptul nu se încarcă deloc până nu apeși „Accept” în bannerul de cookie-uri, iar dacă refuzi nu se încarcă niciodată.
Temei: art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a), consimțământul tău, pe care îl poți retrage oricând din „Setări cookie-uri” în subsol.
Orders
For an order, we need your name, delivery and billing addresses, email address and phone number. We use them to deliver the goods and issue the invoice.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) for performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(c) for compliance with tax obligations. Retention: 10 years for accounting documents, as required by law.
