Commercial terms.
Each purchase is agreed based on the products requested, market availability, quantities and transport terms. The price and payment terms are communicated to the customer as part of the quote or in accordance with the existing commercial agreement.
The request and the quote
Requesting a quote is free and does not involve any payment. We check availability, price and the commercial terms, then get back to you with a proposal. The purchase is made under the agreed terms.
Prices
For wild fish and wild seafood, the price reflects the catch and the market at that moment and is provided in the quote. For aquaculture, we can provide offers and prices valid for specified periods, depending on the producer.
Invoicing

Payment
Payment terms are provided in the quote or are those of the existing commercial agreement. There is no online payment on the website.
Transport
We can organise transport to your location, in Romania or in another country, through logistics partners, or we can prepare the goods for collection by your carrier. The transport terms are shared before confirmation.
